課程概述

Public Administration has developed as an academic field through a succession of five overlapping paradigms. Each phase may be characterized according to whether it has locus or focus.  

課程目標
 Locus is the institutional “where” of the field. Focus is the specialized “what” of the field.
 
課程要求
 平時課程參與討論成績20%與期末報告分數30%。
